This research produced a series of computer simulation models which were used as a process analytical tool to support recommendations on which process development pathways should be followed for the development of a novel vaccine against Group B Streptococcus (GBS) disease.

This item forms the dataset for the article: Commercial Feasibility of Manufacturing a Novel GBS Vaccine in South Africa submitted to the Journal "Vaccine"

The files in this item include simulation models produced using the software package Intelligen SuperPro Designer 9.5 Academic, as well as the resulting Microsoft Excel reports generated by the software.

An additonal Microsoft Excel file is included as the author's digital laboratory notebook.
