Data Management Plan (DMP) - A detailed plan on data handling procedures, including storage, sharing, and preservation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards during and after the research project.

Consent Forms – Participants involved in focus groups, semi-structured interviews, and participant observation provided informed consent, ensuring their voluntary participation in the study. Participants included frontline staff, management, and tourists at the World Heritage Sites (WHS), Robben Island Museum and Table Mountain. During participant observation, the Researcher ensured that tour guides and other participants were informed and agreed to their activities being recorded, filmed, or photographed.

Survey Questionnaires - Data collection methods included surveys at Table Mountain and Robben Island Museum measuring tourists' perceptions of the variables above, which are crucial to perceptions of the customer journey.
