The data set shows counts of Acacia cyclops seeds in the soil over 20 years (2004-2023) at various sites where biological control agents are active, and where fire events and, or, manual clearing operations were experienced intermittently at some of the sites.
Counts were made by taking soil cores which were sorted through a sieve to obtain any seeds that were gathered. Samples were collected repeatedly at some sites and on an ad hoc basis at others with some sites only being sampled once.
