This dataset (Mycobacterium tuberculosis-specific T cells in recent and remote M.tb infection, and TB disease) contains M.tb-specific CD4 T cell function (IFN-g, TNF, IL-2), memory (CD45RA, CCR7) and activation (HLA-DR) profiles detected by flow cytometry or transcriptomics after CFP-10/ESAT-6 or M.tb lysate stimulation of PBMC from recent and persistent QFT+ individuals, and TB patients at diagnosis included in the manuscript "Antigen-specific T cell Activation Distinguishes Between Recent and Remote Tuberculosis Infection". See paper for more details. Data sets included for each figure are indicated in the sheet name; Column names indicate: SubjectID, Group, Stimulation (stim) and the respective variable measured.
