GPS Profile data associated with the manuscript: Exceptional Scarp Preservation in SW Namibia Reveals Geological Controls on Large Magnitude Intraplate Seismicity in Southern Africa published in the journal Tectonics
The data was collected in May 2021 using a TRIMBLE R8 GNSS/R6/5800 GPS base station and rover in Real Time Kinematic (RTK) measurement mode. Please see the manuscript for full details and locations.
The data is provided both as x, y and z coordinates in a csv file, as well as the full .JOB files produced while surveying to allow reprocessing. Data is presented in the UTM co-ordinate system using the WGS84 reference ellipsoid.
