A data compendium is provided that contains a priori soluble analytes that were quantified by Luminex bead arrays in supernatants from unstimulated or Mtb-stimulated whole blood, and mRNA transcripts that were quantified by microfluidic RT-qPCR in cryopreserved PBMC.
