These are the data inputs for multi-session spatially explicit capture-recapture models used to investigate the drivers of leopard (Panthera pardus) density in the greater Kruger region of southern Africa. These data were collected by Panthera and processed using Panthera IDS.

Data are formatted for use in the "secr" package within R. Files include a multi-session capture history file, mask, session, and trap covariate files, and a trap file for each of the 10 sessions. Contact Lucy Smyth (lsmyth@panthera.org) for further information about this dataset.
