Cameron, Elisa NemesElisa NemesRISK6 and DIAG3 signatures scores for a subset of ART-naïve HIV+ infants and young children who were enrolled into the observational multi-centered prospective clinical study in the International Maternal, Pediatric, Adolescent AIDS Clinical Trial (IMPAACT) network. Signature scores were
computed from gene expression measurements performed by
microfluidic RT-qPCR on mRNA derived from whole blood collected in
PAXgene tubes. Also include are signature scores computed from publish microarray datasets: GSE83892 and GSE58411
