Further results when generating pack data for squid

This document reports on results for the following:

1. Assume a higher natural mortality rate for juvenile squid (up to 4-month-old squid) than for adult squid,
2. Assume knife-edge selectivity at 150 mm, and
3. Distribution of the proportion of catches by month.
