As part of the Mardin Biennial a panel discussion was held on the topic Mystical Cosmopolitics and Intransigent Sonics in May 2022. The panel consisted of three invited multi-disciplinary artists working with sound and music at the Mardin Biennial V: Kathyayini Dash, Zahra Malkani, Bint Mbareh.

Description: Discussion on the relationship between sonic environments, history and memory and what it means to think about the sonic in the context of our world’s current political environments.
