The application of multi-criteria decision analysis in a program evaluation context - MCDA Questionnaire

Once a researcher has identified their decision makers and constructed their decision model or framework then the next step is to elicit judgments from the decision makers. This file contains the questionnaire that we developed for this step. Section A contains the pairwise comparison questions linked to the criteria; and Section B contains the pairwise comparison questions linked to the alternatives. Saaty's scale was used for the responses.
