How do we know that nature-based solutions can contribute towards climate change adaptation?

A brief description of two potential pathways through which nature-based solutions can support climate change adaptation by drawing together two well known frameworks: ecosystem services (or nature's contributions to people) and the sustainable livelihoods framework or similar multidimensional livelihood frameworks.
