Advance preprint of chapter from the forthcoming Disability Studies in Inclusive Education open textbook edited by Judith McKenzie, Kofi Nseibo, Chantal Samuels and Amani Karisa. This chapter provides an overview of the learning outcomes for the section on disability as a social justice issue and recognition of disability experiences. It also introduces the concept of inclusive education, which informs the approach taken in this textbook.
