This presentation summarises five documents of work done for the Small Pelagic Scientific Working Group over the past 9 months. Additional results were presented to enable members to debate the trade-offs between the selection of control parameter values for the anchovy-only OMP-18rev. The final values selected were 0.85 for alpha and a critical biomass threshold of 685 thousand tons. The corresponding risk of the anchovy spawner biomass falling below the lowest historical level under OMP-18rev is 6.1%, compared to 3% under a no catch scenario. Anchovy TACs under OMP-18rev are expected to be at the maximum of 350 0000t on average, with a median of 271 000t. OMP-18rev was used to recommend the initial anchovy TAC for 2022.
