An Application of the Schaefer Model to Sardine

A simple Schaefer model approach is used to fit to the sardine survey results from 2008 onwards. The results show that these survey data are not sufficient to allow the Schaefer model r parameter to be estimated, though MSY is likely to be in the range of 80 to 180 kt.
