Expert panel to review the science around small pelagic fisheries and penguins: Responses requested by Panel to Synthesis Questions

In preparation for the 2023 penguin review the International Panel circulated a series of questions to various participants. This document serves to provide answer to those questions which were relevant to MARAM. The document consists of two sections: (1) summary bullet point responses to the panel questions; and (2) extracts from circulated documents upon which the bullet points had been based. Further, there is an additional comments section A which summarizes the critiques of the of the Sydeman et al. contributions, and an additional comments section B with some details on the MICE approaches currently under development.
