Further work towards managing the South African round herring fishery

Preferred Precautionary Upper Catch Limit rules are re-plotted to aid comparison, and the impact of an additional rule with a maximum of 120 000t is included. In addition, further work towards fitting a range of stock-recruitment relationships to the recruitment and spawner biomass estimated by the assessments is shown.
