Updated 2022 horse mackerel assessments and projections

This document reports updated 2022 horse mackerel assessments, along with constant midwater catch projections for the updated base case model and various model variants, as well as a sensitivity run to increasing the PUCL for the by catch with the pelagic fishery. Full model descriptions are provided along with the updated input data.
