This document details the draft harvest control rules (HCRs) for the Management Procedure (MP) variants to be tested during the development of a new OMP for the South African sardine and anchovy fisheries. The HCRs calculate the recommended total allowable catches/bycatches (TAC/TABs). The TAC/Bs required by OMP-13 have changed from those set by OMP-08 (de Moor 2012).
