The correlations between catch and biomass for anchovy on the West Coast and sardine on the East coast are evaluated for Dassen, Robben and St Croix. If an outlying 2017 data point is removed from the Dassen island data set, then the correlation values are very similar to what they were when last evaluated in 2015. The regional sardine biomass used for St Croix for these computations, however, covers a rather larger area than is likely appropriate.
