OMP formula output for the 2025 hake TAC, and the inclusion of the 2023 commercial and 2025 survey data in the OMP projection plots

Application of the OMP indicates a 4.1% increase in the hake TAC for 2025 to 151 739t. While the commercial catch rates are down, especially for M. capensis, the survey estimates are exceptionally high and are what is driving the increase in TAC. It is suggested that the TAC recommendation remains at 151 739t despite the low catch rates, given the optimistic survey results, since there is scarcely any indication that Exceptional Circumstances apply.
