Suggestions for setting Interim TAC/Bs for 2024 in December 2023

As final survey results will not be available in time to recommend TAC/Bs for the start of the small pelagic fishing season in 2024, suggestions are made for how Interim TAC/B recommendations could be made based on the preliminary survey estimates of biomass west of Cape Agulhas and recent January‐March (by‐)catches.
