Tristan rock lobster OMP development: some initial notes

Operating models provide numbers-at-age (and length) for the Trsitan rock lobster for the start of the 2013/14 season. Model projections thus start at this point, with the first Tristan rock lobster catch set by the OMP being for the 2013/14 season.
