Science is Tough (But So Are You!) is a supportive guide to help you navigate your way through the challenges of the BSc degree at UCT.
The three main challenges of learning science at UCT are: adapting to the new environment, needing to adopt a different learning approach from what you experienced in school, and the newly found freedom in how you spend your time.
Written by students for students, this guide will help you understand the challenges better and provide you with strategies for overcoming them and being successful in your studies.
