Provided herewith are the probe-level Ct values of 48 assays in the RISK11 transcriptomics signature of TB disease risk and a worksheet for computing RISK11 signature score directly from the Ct values. The expression level for each of the genes or transcripts were obtained by RT-qPCR performed on mRNA prepared from whole blood collected in PAXgene tubes from the CORTIS-01 and CORTIS-HR trials.
