Moisture absorption rates via capillary suction within packed beds

Excel workbooks that house data related to capillary suction experiments on different packed beds using the upward infiltration method.

The data is reported in a published article titled: Moisture absorption rates via capillary suction within packed beds – The effect of material and fluid properties with implications for heap leaching operations.

Moisture_Absorption_Workbook_Model_Parameters.xlsx: Contains the data related to the fitting of the empirical moisture absorption model to the different experimentally obtained moisture absorption curves. Python code was used in the data-fitting process.

Moisture_Absorption_Workbook.xlsx: Contains the experimental moisture absorption data for different packed beds via capillary suction using the upward infiltration method.
